The next day Dean sent a mechanic out to us (a 50ml round trip) with a new starter and fitted it at our premises. The young man who came was cheerful and worked quickly to get us going again. We bought a long wheel base Iveco van 2 weeks ago. Collection was supposed to be Saturday BUT i received a phone call stating they were not happy and needed longer as they wanted to replace the clutch and it was showing signs of wear.
